By placing an order, you agree to the following purchase terms.

1. Pricing and Payment

The game costs $79 USD, plus $12 standard shipping for one game, for a total of $91 USD. Your final order total will appear at checkout before payment.

Payment is required when you place your order. Orders are subject to availability.

2. Shipping and Halloween Orders

We currently ship within the United States. Games are assembled, packaged, and shipped directly by the seller.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting a revised shipping date or canceling for a full refund.

If you need expedited shipping, contact will@murderhappens.com before ordering to ask about availability and any additional cost.

3. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order ships for a full refund. Contact will@murderhappens.com with your name and order number as soon as possible.

Once an order ships, the return policy applies.

4. Returns and Refunds

Opened games are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.

Unopened games may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers must contact us before returning an unopened game for instructions and are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days, though banks or payment providers may take longer to release funds.

These restrictions do not affect your rights under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your game arrives damaged or has missing components, contact will@murderhappens.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos where helpful.

We will arrange replacement of damaged or missing items. If a replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

6. Pre-Party Planning Checklist

Your purchase includes a printable Pre-Party Planning Checklist, attached to your order confirmation email after successful payment.

If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
